The Plan to House LA (2021-2029 Housing Element)

We build in alignment with the city's goals to produce over 450,000 new housing units, with a focus on creating housing for Acutely Low, Extremely Low, and Moderate-Income households.

Executive Directive 1 (ED1)

We leverage the streamlining benefits of ED1 to accelerate the plan check and permitting process for 100% affordable projects, getting housing built faster.

Citywide Housing Incentive Program (CHIP)

We understand how to utilize the menu of incentives offered by CHIP, including Tier 4 bonuses and waivers, to maximize unit count and project feasibility in Higher Resource and transit-rich areas.

Compliance & Labor:

Our teams are experienced with the complexities of prevailing wage rules, Davis-Bacon requirements, and RSO (Rent Stabilization Ordinance) replacement regulations, ensuring full compliance and mitigating risk for developers and public agencies.
