Step 1
- Study and explore different options of the development
- Provide recommendation and consultation for the future development
Step 2
- Submit the proposal based on the outcome scenario of step 1
- Provide a conceptual time frame and development budget
- Provide basic information of the project: conceptual layout, number of units, parking requirements
Step 3
- Create, develop and submit the architectural plan and all other required project documents to the city
- Coordinate and correspond with the city’s staff to respond to the corrections and clearances
- Provide a detailed project budget and clearances
- Discuss and coordinate the project logistics during the design phase
- Provide value engineering

- Provide fast track method to save time during the construction
- Update the project budget and schedule during the construction
