As one of the owners of the business, he wears multiple hats, overseeing financial matters, business insurances, HR, PR, and day-to-day operations. With a keen focus on ensuring projects move forward according to schedule, Hormoz maintains close contact with clients to meet their construction needs.
An architectural designer from the master program of USC school of Architecture. She graduated in the top 20% students from her peers. With 7 years of professional experience, she has worked on a diverse range of projects, from small-scale family residences to large-scale apartment communities. Her international insight and exposure to various cultural perspectives enrich her approach to design.
As one of the owners of the business, Pedram has devoted the last 8 years to growing the company since its inception in 2016. Pedram holds a 2013 – 2016 Master’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge. As the company’s CEO, he oversees all aspects of the business and is extremely involved in daily operations.
A skilled architectural designer, graduated from USC with a master degree. Ruixin loves to solve problems with a creative and solid mindset. She creates designs that adapt to local conditions, prioritizing functionality and community needs. With a focus on sustainability, Ruixin employs methods that enhance quality of life while adhering to the design principle of “less is more.”
With a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Southern California, and a BA in Civil Engineering, Arash has vast experience in the design/build construction industry. He serves as the company’s Project Manager and LEED AP. Arash is a cost expert specializing in construction and real estate development.
